Kingsbridge Healthcare Group are currently seeking to fill the role of a Human Resources Administrator within the HR Department. The successful candidate will be based at Kingsbridge Private Hospital North West, Ballykelly.

Salary £24,000 per annum based on 37.5 hpw.

Contract Temporary 9 month contract with a view for extension
Hours Mon - Fri (9am - 5pm) - 37.5 hours per week
Responsible to HR Officer
Accountable to HR Manager NW

Job Summary

The HR Administrator, as part of the Human Resources Department, will provide all necessary administrative support, as required, to HR management and the various departments within Kingsbridge Healthcare Group. This will involve the processing of routine HR duties and dealing with line management and employee queries, as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

 Administration:

  • Assist with all Human Resources administration, management and maintenance of up to date and accurate employee records on People HR and in manual files.

Recruitment and Selection:

  • Support end to end recruitment campaigns across the North West Site, including compiling job descriptions, job advertisements, preparing short listing and assisting interviews.
  • Carry out new start on boarding and company induction training, when required.
  • Liaise with Finance on payroll updates regarding new starts, leavers, pension and private medical information and change of employee details.
  • Conduct audits on Human Resource files to ensure compliance.

Information Management:

  • General administration which includes drafting/typing ad hoc letters, filing, photocopying, scanning.
  • Establish and maintain filing systems, both electronic and manual.
  • Maintenance of People HR Management system including all new starts, leavers, monitoring details and updating of records.
  • Produce timely and accurate employee statistical reports and information, as required.

Employee Relations:

  • Deal with HR queries from employees efficiently and effectively by taking note of the issues and referring them onto the HR Officer or HR Manager NW, as appropriate.
  • Proactively manage absence, both short and long term, in line with Company policy.
  • Update personnel records, as appropriate.

5 GCSE grades A-C including Maths and English or equivalent.

2 A’ Levels or equivalent.

Degree in HRM/Business Studies with HRM Specialism

Experience

At least 1 years’ HR Admin experience in an office environment or undergraduate placement experience.

 

Special Knowledge and Skills

IT literate and proficient in the use of MS office and computerised personnel management systems e.g. HR Management systems

Strong attention to detail

Keen interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
