Kingsbridge Healthcare Group are looking to fill the role of One-to-one Advisor. The successful candidate will be based at Kingsbridge Private Hospital, Belfast, but will be required to travel to other Company locations as and when required. The nature of the role will require occasional evening and weekend work as necessary.

Location  Kingsbridge Private Hospital, Lisburn Road, Belfast. Occasional travel to other sites as required
Salary £20,470 - £22,060 per annum

Job Summary

One-to-One service is to provide a high-quality face-based customer service to patients across all specialties offered by Kingsbridge Healthcare Group. You will meet patients face to face and discuss process, application and answer any queries they have by liaising with other departments. The post holder will also be responsible for Cross Boarder patient’s pathway from consultation right to post op review. Provide all paperwork, costing, reimbursement rates, advised on correct documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of department
  • Ensure mailbox is up to date at all times
  • Use the find daily to ensure all patients are met or provided with paperwork
  • Follow up on out of hours patients 
  • Meet patients on cataract buses (TD buses)
  • Ensure relevant paperwork is ready for patient to get upon discharge to enable them to claim for their procedure
  • Ensure patients documentation for Cross Boarder is correct.
  • General enquiries from multiple departments
  • Regular contact with the HSE, answering all queries in relations to patients going through CBD

Person Specification:

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

  • 5 GCSE grades A-C including Maths and English or equivalent
  • Evidence of experience in the full MS Suite including Word and Excel
  • Previous administrative, customer service or sales experience

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in a hospital administrative environment

Special Knowledge and Skills

Essential:

  • Understanding of the Data Protection Act and importance of confidentiality
  • Confidence in your ability to deal with changing deadlines
  • Understand the role of teamwork in providing quality service
  • Ability to work accurately with attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve
  • Highly organised and a proven ability to prioritise

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of medical terminology
