Business Relationship Manager (Corporate)

Kingsbridge Healthcare Group are currently seeking to fill the role of Business Relationship Manager within the Sales and Marketing Department. The successful candidate will be based at Kingsbridge Training Academy, Boucher Road, Belfast but may be required to travel to other Company locations as and when required.

Job Summary

This sales and relationship management role will build effective relationships with the NI & ROI Corporate Market with the objective of driving revenue into the Kingsbridge Healthcare Group.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver the annual revenue plan by building effective relationships with the NI & ROI Corporate Market.
  2. Target and secure new relationships with key corporate clients through the promotion of Kingsbridge Membership Club
  3. Drive new revenue and business opportunities from corporate clients, via direct and channel engagement strategies.
  4. Achieve pre-agreed sales targets (both activity and revenues) for the period, including monthly, quarterly and annually.
  5. Raise awareness amongst the corporate market of the services provided by Kingsbridge Healthcare Group.
  6. Build trusted relationships with key corporate clients which will allow cross promotion of Kingsbridge Private Hospital services.
  7. Use data and analytics to deliver relationship management strategies and tactics which are in line with the channel segmentation framework.
  8. Provide monthly management reports to a pre-agreed format, monitoring performance against targets.
  9. Contribute significantly to the development of new ideas, identifying changing needs and discussing these with the Senior Management Team.
  10. Maintain knowledge of the latest sales techniques as well as determine sector trends and insights to add value to the overall proposition, sharing insights with colleagues on a regular basis.
  11. Support local marketing plans and hosting/or participating in seminars, events and educational programmes.
  12. Represent Kingsbridge Healthcare Group at industry exhibitions, seminars and events as appropriate.

Person Specification

Qualifications

Essential

  • Educated to degree level OR 3 years relevant sales/business development experience will be considered

Experience

Essential

  • A minimum of 2 years in a customer/client facing role.

Desirable

  • Business development experience.

 

Special Knowledge and Skills

Essential

  • Proficiency in the use of MS Packages including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
  • Excellent customer service skills and an ability to impress.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Desirable

  • Additional knowledge of healthcare/medical industry would be an advantage.
