Pauline Doran Williams

Pauline Doran Williams is a Registered nurse with over 21 years experience. She has worked in various NHS and Private settings throughout her career, predominantly in plastic surgery.

Pauline is currently a Deputy Sister in The Regional Burns Unit in the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast and is a Plastic Surgery Nurse in Kingsbridge private Hospital in Belfast, responsible for a wide range of pre and post operation patients following cosmetic and reconstructive procedures.

She was a Plastic Surgery Clinical Nurse specialist, in the Royal Marsden Hospital in London and, worked for respected Plastic surgeons on Harley Street.

Pauline is a dedicated nurse with a wealth of experience and has worked in the field of traumatic, reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery, with previous experience that includes working in one of the busiest Oncology intensive care units within the UK.

She has also become familiar with the practice of micropigmentation of the nipple and areola complex and is pursing this within the NHS and Private Hospital settings.

The process was clearly explained to me at the outset. We first reviewed a pallet of pigments to match the colour of my remaining natural nipple and talked about shape size and placement. I was lying comfortably on a bed during the procedure and given a local anaesthetic so was pain free throughout. At intervals I was able to view the progress in a mirror.
