We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an IT Business Support professional on a full-time basis Temporary basis (1 Year Fixed Term Contract). In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing Service Desk tickets, providing on-site technical support, and maintaining effective communication with third-party support partners. Your primary place of work will be at Kingsbridge Private Hospital NorthWest, located in Ballykelly.

Provide line desktop and application support for all IT related resources within the business. While learning how critical IT systems work, you will work across the IT Service Desk ensuring correct Service Desk procedures are adhered to.
