Due to continued expansion, Kingsbridge Healthcare Group is creating new opportunities within the Group. The Kingsbridge Healthcare Group has an already established reputation for offering the very best in private healthcare.
We are looking to fill the full-time role of IT Business Support to facilitate Service Desk tickets, onsite technical support, liaising with 3rd party support partners. The role will be based at Kingsbridge Private Hospital North West, Ballykelly but may require travel to other company locations as required.

Provide first and second line desktop and application support for all IT related resources within the business. Supervise the IT Service Desk ensuring correct Service Desk procedures are adhered to, to deliver a high quality of service. Add value by facilitating and contributing to company IT projects & initiatives.

Up to 1-year experience in an IT Support Role. Additional years of experience will be accepted as an alternative to a formal qualification. |

Windows 10 operating systems. Active Directory Office 365 Hardware and Software analytical troubleshooting. |
