Kingsbridge Healthcare Group are currently looking to fill the role of Consultant Co-Ordinator. The successful candidate will be based at Kingsbridge Private Hospital but may be required to travel to other company locations as and when required.

The post holder will be responsible for undertaking the planning and coordination of a range of specialties to ensure that capacity requirements are adhered to within contractual and clinical deadlines. The post holder will act as a key point of contact, providing an effective, efficient and professional communication channel between Consultants and the Company.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• To ensure capacity requirements are met within contractual and clinical deadlines.
• Liaise with Consultants & colleagues across a variety of teams throughout the Kingsbridge Healthcare Group.
• Actively monitor quality standards to ensure that patient expectations are met or exceeded.
• Proactively supply Consultants, and others, with any necessary information on the status of the patients.
Leadership:
• Ability to demonstrate leadership and influencing skills.
Teamwork:
• Build strong working relationships with Consultants and key personnel across all departments and sites.
• Ability to work effectively with all personnel in the multidisciplinary team.
Planning and Organising:
• Actively plan, prioritise, organise and review the progress of your own workload with minimal supervision.
• Ensure all agreed plans are followed and objectives are met.
• Effectively schedule work to changing deadlines and balance work priorities to meet them.
Flexibility and Adaptability:
• Demonstrate a flexible approach to work, including working around normal hours when required.
• Adapt to a variety of situations whilst understanding and appreciating different and opposing perspectives.
• Approach major changes with a positive and constructive attitude.
• Adapt own approach to the demands of the work environment to ensure full effectiveness.

• Tackles problems effectively taking into account all relevant information.
• Formulate and execute best solutions where problems arise.
