I am a Consultant General and Upper GI Surgeon at the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust, based primarily in the Belfast City Hospital, but I also perform emergency general surgery in the Royal Victoria Hospital and day case surgery in the Mater Infirmorum.

I specialise in surgery for oesophageal and gastric Cancer, reflux, hiatal hernias, gallstones and inguinal hernias.

My private practice rooms are at the Kingsbridge Private Hospital.

My advanced specialist Upper GI surgical training started in Northern Ireland, but took me to world renowned centres for Bariatric (weight loss) and hiatal hernia surgery in Liverpool, UK and Pretoria, South Africa.
