Due to continued expansion and increased workload, Kingsbridge Private Hospital have created a new opportunity for a Credit Control Assistant in our facility in Ballykelly . The successful candidate will join an experienced finance team.

Hours 37.5 hours per week
Responsible to Group Accountant
Accountable to Hospital Manager

Job Summary

To assist the Credit Control function within the Finance Team.

Key Responsibilities:

Dealing with patient queries by phone or email. 

Allocation of payments received.

Processing Excess Letters.

Healthcode Validation and corresponding with Insurance Companies.

Assisting with Patient Claim Forms.

Assisting with any other process deemed necessary. 

The above list is not exhaustive and additional / alternative tasks may be required from time to time as directed.
