Business Relationship Manager

Following continued expansion and increased workload, Kingsbridge Private Hospital are seeking to recruit a Business Relationship Manager for our facility at Kingsbridge Private Hospital Northwest Church Hill House Main Street, Ballykelly.

Salary Band 6.0 (+ Bonuses) £36,225 gross per annum based on 37.5 hr per week
Department Sales and Marketing
Contract Full time, Permanent
Hours 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday (evening and weekends may be required on an ad hoc basis – employees will receive time of lieu)

Accountable to Hospital Manager

Job Summary

This sales and relationship management role will build effective relationships with patient referral sources locally and in the Republic of Ireland with the objective of driving revenue into the Kingsbridge Healthcare Group. The successful candidate will be expected to generate new business by selling varied products and services from across the group.

The successful candidate must have exceptional interpersonal skills and sales experience with a proven track record of delivering results and working to KPI’s/targets.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the annual revenue plan by building effective relationships with current and potential patient referral sources such as GP’s, Physiotherapists, Opticians, Sports Clubs, and Corporates.

  • Build multi-level relationships with Referrers, Clinicians, Practice Managers, Secretaries, and other key influencers, and develop a full understanding of their day-to-day pain points and opportunities.

  • Target and secure new referrer relationships for existing/new facilities, service lines and treatments.

  • Drive new revenue and business opportunities from new clients, via direct and channel engagement strategies.

  • Achieve pre-agreed sales targets (both activity and revenues) for the period, including monthly, quarterly, and annually.

  • Raise awareness amongst referrers of the services provided by Kingsbridge Healthcare Group.

  • Drive both self-pay and insured referrals - ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently and lead conversions to appointments and surgery.

  • Use data and analytics to deliver relationship management strategies and tactics which are in line with the channel segmentation framework.

  • Provide monthly management reports to a pre-agreed format, monitoring performance against targets.

  • Contribute significantly to the development of new ideas, identifying changing needs and discussing these with the Senior Management Team.

  • Maintain knowledge of the latest sales techniques as well as determine sector trends and insights to add value to the overall proposition, sharing insights with colleagues on a regular basis.

  • Support local marketing plans and hosting and/or participating in seminars, events and educational programmes.

  • Represent Kingsbridge Healthcare Group at industry exhibitions, seminars and events as appropriate.

Person Specification:

 Qualifications:

Education to degree level *

If not educated to degree level- *3 years relevant sales/business development experience will be considered.        

Experience:   

A minimum of 2 year’s customer/client facing role.

Business Development experience

Special Knowledge and Skills:

Proficiency in the use of MS Packages including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook

Excellent customer service skills and an ability to impress

Excellent communication and presentation skills

 Additional knowledge of healthcare/medical industry would be an advantage

The post holder must have a full driver license and access to their own vehicle for business use and will be reimbursed for relevant company mileage at the prevailing rate.
