Directions to Diagnostic and Treatment Centre (King’s Hall, Belfast)

By Car (from Belfast city centre or nearby)

Approx. 10–15 minutes’ drive from city centre depending on traffic.

Head south on Lisburn Road toward Balmoral.

Turn left into King’s Hall Road (this is where you access the car park at the rear of King’s Hall).

By Bus from Belfast city centre or nearby

Take a Metro bus on the Lisburn Road corridor – routes such as: Metro 9A, 9B, 9C, 9D or Ulsterbus 518/520.

Ask to get off near Balmoral Avenue / Kings Hall / Musgrave Park.

By Train from Belfast city centre or nearby

Take a train on the Portadown or Bangor lines toward:

Balmoral Station – this is the closest station, about 3 – 5 mins walk to King’s Hall.

Our car parking facilities are accessed via Balmoral Court and are located to the rear of the Kings Hal, with signage directing patients to the clinic.

Parking is charged at £3 per hour and proceeds go to local charities via the Kingsbridge Foundation. Please note payments can only be made by card.

A free shuttle bus runs from the car park to the building (Mon–Fri 7 am–10 pm, Sat–Sun 7 am–6 pm).

Patients and guests with mobility needs are kindly required to be accompanied by an escort for their safety and comfort. Please note that all guests must be able to walk approximately 200 meters from the car park to the hospital. Wheelchairs are available upon request, and accessible parking spaces are provided in the car park for your convenience.

To ensure a smooth flow of appointments, we kindly request that you arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled time. Additionally, if possible, we encourage you to attend your appointment alone. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
