Deborah Walton’s Profile

Dr Deborah Walton is a Clinical Psychologist. She completed a Masters in Applied Psychology from the University of Ulster and was awarded a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Manchester.

Dr Walton is registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC. She has been practising as a Psychologist for over 15 years, both in the public and private healthcare sectors. 

She works with adults, age 18 and over, who experience mental health difficulties. This includes anxiety disorders, depression, eating disorders, trauma, psychosis and attachment difficulties. 

Her particular interests are in people who have experienced trauma and also those who suffer from psychosis. 

Deborah has also considerable experience in providing psychological reports for the Courts, for psychological injuries, criminal and family law.

Dr Walton is recognised as a provider for several health insurance companies; including Bupa, Axa, Aviva, Beneden, Healix, Vitality, H3 and Cigna.
