Kingsbridge Healthcare Group are currently seeking to fill the role of Facilities Support Officer within the Hospital Services Department. The successful candidate will be based at Kingsbridge Private Hospital Belfast but may be required to travel to other Company locations as and when required.

Job Summary

The Facilities Support Officer will support the facilities team to ensure that the buildings and assets in the Belfast location are maintained to the highest possible standards in line with all legal and regulatory requirements. The FSO will provide support with health and safety matters and complete hospital logistical tasks.  The person will need to be flexible in their approach and able to adapt and allocate resources in an effective manner to meet the business needs to ensure all Estates operational needs are met.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Estates Team.
  2. Complete and record safety checks across all company buildings in Belfast area.
  3. To provide quality assurance for tasks completed by the maintenance team
  4. To assist the Estates Compliance Manager in setting up a new Estates software platform, which will include barcoding assets and data inputting.
  5. Support maintenance when required
  6. Organize repairs of faulty medical equipment

The above list is not exhaustive and additional / alternative tasks may be required from time to time as directed.

 

Person Specification:

Qualifications

Leaving certificate equivalent to 5 O levels

Desirable

Any H & S qualification

 

Experience

Strong work history in Facilities

IT experience in Microsoft applications.

Working in a healthcare facility
