Women in Search & Rescue

We were proud to support the Royal National Lifeboat’s Institution first Women in Search and Rescue event with a donation of £3,700

The event took place at their Swords base and it was an inspiring day of connection and shared experiences. A huge thank you to our Director of People & Culture Sinead Sharpe FCIPD and Breffni Gorman for organising, Niamh Stephenson for compering, and to our incredible speakers – Dr Lisa Neligan, Debbie Hally, Lindsey Davey, and Marie Gleeson. Thank you also to Kustom Workwear for their support. We are honoured to champion initiatives that recognise and empower women in rescue and emergency services.
