Kieran J Lappin’s Profile

Mr. Lappin specialises in hand, wrist and elbow orthopaedic disorders. His private practice rooms are at the Kingsbridge Private Hospital, Ballykelly.

Most of his training took place in Northern Ireland but he also trained in England at one of the leading upper limb units, at Wrightington Hospital and he spent 17 years as a Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic surgeon in the Western Health and Social Care Trust, based at Altnagelvin Hospital.

Common conditions that he treats include: Dupuytren’s disease, nerve entrapment (carpal tunnel / cubital tunnel decompression), trigger finger, ganglion and upper limb arthritis.
