Dr Caffrey qualified with distinction from Queen’s University Belfast in 2009. Following completion of hospital foundation training in a wide variety of specialties, she proceeded to surgical training with a focus on ENT, obtaining membership of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

She then transitioned to GP training, qualifying in 2019. She continues to work in a busy Belfast NHS GP practice alongside her role with Kingsbridge, as well as other teaching and advisory roles.

Dr Caffrey holds additional diplomas in Mental Health, as well as Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She has also been trained in Minimally Invasive Vasectomy.

She loves the variety general practice brings and the interaction with patients. She has a particular interest in Wellbeing and Lifestyle medicine, as well as Quality Improvement.
