Dr Lorraine McDonald’s Profile

Dr Lorraine McDonald is a GP at Kingsbridge Private Hospital Belfast.

Dr McDonald graduated from Queen’s university, Belfast in 2004. She completed training in General Practice and graduated as a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners in 2009.She has completed extra training in the areas of Family Planning and Women’s Health (and holds diplomas from the Faculty of Family Planning and Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists).

Dr McDonald enjoys and has experience in all aspects of GP services, but has particular interest in sexual health. Before joining Kingsbridge Private Hospital Dr McDonald worked full time as an NHS GP in Northern Ireland, with a period of overseas work as a GP in the Australian healthcare system from 2011-2015.

She joined Kingsbridge Private Hospital in 2016, and is delighted to be part of the comprehensive Private GP service that the Kingsbridge Healthcare Group proudly offers, in association with other GP colleagues.
