Deborah Walton’s Profile

Dr Deborah Walton is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with has a Masters in Applied Psychology from the University of Ulster and was awarded a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology by the University of Manchester.

Dr Walton is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychology Society and a registered Practitioner Psychologist with the Health Care Professionals Council. She works both within the public and private healthcare sectors. She works primarily with adults and young people with mental health difficulties. This includes anxiety, depression, OCD, Eating Disorders, Psychosis and attachment difficulties.

Her particular interest is in people who have experienced trauma (Post-traumatic Stress Disorder). She has considerable experience in providing psychological reports for the courts, both in personal injury, criminal and family law.
