Dr Daniel Douglas’ Profile

Dr Daniel Douglas has been a Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist working in Causeway & Antrim Hospitals since 2016. Prior to this he worked for 2 years as a Consultant within Altnagelvin Hospital.

He graduated from Queen’s University Belfast with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science in 2000 before undertaking his Medical Degree and graduating from Queen’s Medical School in 2005.

His Specialist Training Programme was completed in Northern Ireland with entrance to the Specialist Register in 2014.

His specialist interests within Gynaecology include the detection and management of gynaecological cancers, Colposcopy and Outpatient Hysteroscopy. He is currently the Representative for Northern Ireland on the British Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Colposcopy.
