 Kingsbridge Healthcare Group are looking to recruit an additional Administrator for the Medical Records department on a full-time basis for an initial 6-month period. As workload increases the role may be made permanent. The successful candidate will be based at 10 Falcon Way, Boucher Road, Belfast, but may be required to travel to other Company locations as and when required.

Job Summary

As an Administrator within the Medical Records department, the successful candidate will help to prepare notes for clinics and update online records accordingly. You will also be responsible for sending confidential post to the Trusts and GP services.

We are looking for an administrator who is highly motivated and committed to producing quality results, with an eye for detail and who enjoys working in a fast paced and busy office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of patient notes through the filing of all investigation results and reports in a precise manner.
  • Helping to prepare notes for clinics.
  • Retrieve lab results.
  • Sending confidential post to relevant Trusts and GP services.
  • Any other general duties which may be required.

  • 5 GCSE grades A-C including Maths and English or equivalent

 

Experience

  • Evidence of experience in the full MS Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Previous experience in a medical records environment

Special Knowledge and Skills

  • Understanding of the Data Protection Act and importance of confidentiality
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and busy office environment
  • Accuracy and detail when dealing with patient records
  • Full Driving Licence and access to a car or ability to demonstrate mobility
