Due to continued expansion, Kingsbridge Healthcare Group is creating new opportunities within the Group. The Kingsbridge Healthcare Group has an already established reputation for offering the very best in private healthcare. We are looking to fill the full-time role of to facilitate Service Desk tickets, onsite technical support, liaising with 3rd party support partners. The role will be centralised at our main Belfast Hospital but will require to travel to other company locations as required.

The successful applicant will provide first line desktop and application support for all IT related resources within the business. Supervise the IT Service Desk ensuring correct Service Desk procedures are adhered to, to deliver a high quality of service. Add value by facilitating and contributing to company IT projects & initiatives.

Qualifications
Essential
Qualification in an IT discipline or related area.
Desirable
Relevant Microsoft Certifications
ITIL Certified
Third level or equivalent qualification in an IT discipline or related area
Experience
Essential
Up to 1-year experience in an IT Support Role. Additional years of experience will be accepted as an alternative to a formal qualification.
Desirable
2-3 Years’ experience in an IT Support Role
Special Knowledge and Skills
Essential
Windows 10 operating systems.
Active Directory
Office 365
Hardware and Software analytical troubleshooting.
Desirable
Managing 3rd Party IT Partners

Good personal and communication skills with the ability to establish relationships and liaise with individuals, both internally and externally, at all levels.
Ability to learn quickly.
Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.

Full Driving Licence and access to a car or ability to demonstrate mobility.
